The station

The project consists of a two-storey building located in the El Segundo submarket, close to Los Angeles International Airport and close to our other investments. At the time of purchase, the property was completely vacant and underwent a conversion to creative office space, which was completed in early 2015. During the renovation, the property was fully leased to NYX Cosmetics (a subsidiary of L’Oreal).
