Valentina Zanatta

She is Real Estate Director of Factor Holding Srl, a holding company that fully controls the Bolton Group (a multinational company active in the production and sale of consumer goods). In addition to direct operations under the Group, Dr. Zanatta manages the portfolio of investments in real estate assets and RE Funds under Factor and the real estate activities of the Family Office.
She was the Real Estate Director of Edizione Property SpA, an investment company headed by the holding company Edizione and Family Office of the Benetton family, where she managed important development activities (Fondaco dei Tedeschi in Venice, Ex Borsa Merci in Florence, Palazzo Savonelli in Milan) as well as international real estate portfolio optimisation processes (USA, Russia, Kazakhstan). She was also Head of Global Expansion at Kiko Spa, a multinational makeup and skincare retail company.

Ms Valentina Zanatta is an Independent Director of the Board of Directors of Arsenale Real Estate SGR and is responsible for the Suspicious Transactions Report (the italian SOS) for anti-money laundering purposes. She also carries out independent Strategic Consulting activities in institutional Real Estate.

In her past, also an experience as University Researcher at the Polytechnic of Turin, Lecturer in Estimo and Microeconomics and Senior Researcher at Fondazione ENI Enrico Mattei.

Ms Zanatta was a member of the Board of Directors of Gemina SpA (a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, later merged into Atlantia SpA) and of numerous Italian and foreign real estate companies.

Valentina Zanatta graduated with honours from the IUAV of Venice and obtained a PhD in Estimo and Territorial Economics from the University of Padua.
