Before joining MAC, Elson was Director of Asset Management at The Luzzatto Company, where he managed a multi-asset class real estate portfolio (office, retail, residential and logistics), whose tenants were companies in the entertainment, technology, advertising, fashion, toy and gaming industries.

Steve Elson is part of the AREUS I Investment Team and coordinates the acquisition, asset management and disposition of assets in the Northern California market for Montana Avenue Capital, operating partner and advisor to the AREUS I Fund.

In addition, he originated, evaluated and oversaw the acquisition of several value-add investments, including a major project in Santa Monica, California. Steve Elson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College.
