Giovanni Fazio is CEO of Carisma SpA and Publimethod (a subsidiary company), as well as acting CEO of Greci and Gruppo Fini.

After starting his career in 2004 at Goldman Sachs, in London, Giovanni Fazio joined Bain Company Italy in 2006, dealing with strategic consulting and support to Private Equity companies and funds. In specific, he is specialized in the creation of development plans and support to Private Equity funds, with a focus on Industrial Goods & Services, Tourism and Transportation and Healthcare.

After attaining the position of Partner in 2016, Giovanni left Bain in 2018 to assume the position of CEO of the Carisma Holding Group.
