Before joining MAC, he was a member of the acquisition team at MetLife Real Estate Investors covering all asset types in Southern California, Hawaii, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. Previously, Brad worked for Brooktree Realty Investors as a member of theacquisition team, as well as Transwestern as a member of the capital markets team handling investment sales and debt financing for institutional clients.

Brad Pennington is part of the AREUS I Investment Team and coordinates the acquisition, asset management and sale of assets in the Southern California market for Montana Avenue Capital, operating partner and advisor to the AREUS I Fund.

Brad is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, holds a BA from San Diego State University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he was named a Peter Bren Distinguished Fellow in Entrepreneurial Real Estate.
