Six new real estate properties near Hollywood

New acquisition for the Areus I Fund: a portfolio of six media and entertainment properties in Burbank, a few miles from Hollywood, Los Angeles County.
The area is referred to as the “Media Capital of the World” due to its high concentration of media/entertainment companies. In fact, the buildings are already prepared to welcome media/entertainment industry for production and post-production activities.
