The Areus I fund closes two acquisitions in California: an office and research laboratory building in Sunnyvale (Silicon Valley) and an industrial building in Sorrento Mesa, San Diego.
The first, in the heart of the US tech sector, will undergo renovation to create new green and recreational areas, particularly suitable and in demand in the tech, R&D and life-science sectors.
The second building, located in San Diego, will have an industrial destination and will also be refurbished with the aim of providing adequate space for the well-being of inhabitants, such as large open spaces, outdoor areas, and areas dedicated to fitness and relaxation.
