Areus I Fund and the American Challenge

Arsenale RE SGR launches its first fund, Areus I, with operating partner Montana Avenue Capital Partners. The fund will invest with a value-add strategy on office buildings for the American “”creative”” industry. The areas to be redeveloped are located in the New York, Boston, San Francisco and Los Angeles areas.
The target market is characterised by a significant economic growth rate and strong dynamism. In particular, Areus I operates within the clusters of technology, media and entertainment, research and life-science, sectors where there is a strong need for innovative and unconventional workspaces.
