“The Areus I fund’s investments continued with the acquisition of a property in Thousand Oaks, California, in a deal worth $26 M.
The property is currently leased to a major American insurance company, expiring in 2022. Renovation work will therefore start in 2023 and will be carried out in order to reposition the property in a strategic market for biotech, tech and aerospace sectors.”
